Candice Swanepoel is typically the bombshell in lingerie. Bras, face full of makeup, skimpy panties and angel wings are what she's known for. It certainly was refreshing to see Candice looking so relaxed in jeans and a t-shirt for Rag and Bone. She's a natural beauty, that's for sure!

Here Comes the Farmgirl
Bunnies, piggies, chickens and lambs! No we're not in a farm....I'm talking about the newest lookbook for Elkin Spring/Summer 2012. Only one word can describe their concept: cute.
So all-American in their own individual way.
Tapestry booties....if that's not awesome I don't know what is!
The bunny gives the outfit its finishing touch.
Piglet and plaid.
I bought a blazer just like this yesterday.
Surprisingly, what attracts me the most to this outfit is the knee-highs and the hooker heels....wait, that's not surprising!
The two best things combined: Pastels and a lamb!
This is so grandma-chic. Yeah only my grandmother would wear THOSE stockings. The stylist made this work though.
The burgundy booties are definitely my favorite here. I'm not a big fan of the brown-velvet high-waisted shorts, however. The model is obviously beautifully thin, but these shorts make her look almost pudgy!
Fine, I'm done with my bipolar rant praising and criticizing the looks. Overall, I love the collection. I definitely think that if I saw a lot of these at the store, I wouldn't hesitate to buy most of them (except the grandma stockings and the brown shorts). A round of applause for the folks at Elkin!

Sick Inspiration
I'm not the type of girl that gets sick that often. I must have done something bad though, because karma was a bitch, and now I'm sicker than I've ever been. Can't breathe, sore throat, fever, chills, puking and headache. I really think that I'm sick with like 5 viruses at once. The good thing about being sick though (yeah, there's always an upside), is that I have all the time in the world to post to my sadly neglected blog. Its crazy but whenever I'm sick I'm so much more productive.
Be warned though, the DayQuil has me a bit woozy, so the pictures may not make sense when put together!

He's like the epitome of the ideal hipster boyfriend. Man, I would kill for hair like her's! This reminds me so much of the first and only time that I smoked a cigarette! |
I wonder if these shoes will be available anywhere for Black Friday?
If I wore this my mother would surely call me a slut....but since when have I cared?
Yes, she has a great ass!

Fashion in My Inbox
I am an 18 year old fashion addict. Therefore, I'm subscribed to every newsletter for every cool brand I you can possibly imagine. Which means that my inbox is always overflooded with offers and I always know when sales are and whatnot. Today I got more excited than usual. Here's why...
Do I need to explain why? Stylestalker. Clear hooker heels. Denim. Free shipping.
Urban Outfitters! Yeah turns out red and purple do match...in your face MOM!

I got tons more, but these were the two newsletters that put the most effort into what they sent me today. I'm some chick living in suburban California. I don't really have high expectations for them, but they overachieved and put THAT much work into their emails to me....much love stylestalker and Urban Outfitters....MUCH LOVE!

Fashion Legend: Winona Ryder
Winona Ryder. Fashion legend? Many of you may beg to differ, but to me she is one hell of a legend! I've loved her gorgeous, care-free style for years. She's one of the few celebrities that don't look like their stylist dolled them up. Here's the proof:
Leather jacket, LBD and Johnny Depp....no combination is as perfect as this one!
Not afraid to repeat herself.
Nothing says cool like dating a guy with hair longer than yours.
There is NO effort put into this whatsover, and the woman STILL looks amazing!
THIS is natural beauty.
Very few, brave women can rock the tuxedo.
Winona definitely had a thing for leather.
She'd make a very handsome boy.
They were such a perfectly fashionable couple.

Black and White Bambi
I know that I promised a review of Rihanna's "We Found Love" as my next post, but with midterms and doing research papers the whole month I really don't have time. Here's a editorial of my favorite model Bambi-Northwood Blyth to entertain you all! Enjoy!
She reminds me of so much of Slash here.
Madonna's infamous book "Sex"
An homage to her namesake I suppose.
I don't know what to make of this shot.
Clever!....a t-shirt ripped in the face of a skull.
Bambi's coolness cannot be debated!
