Model Feature: Tanga Moreau...coolest name ever! Why?

So, my time online consists mostly of discovering models, my new find....Tanga Moreau!  She's not a new model, she was very famous in the late 90's, which just happens to be one of my favorite moments in time.  Anyway here's some more recent photos she's done....so you can see why I'm in such awe of her.







Anyway, these images are in no specific order...it fits my lazy mood today.  But isn't Tanga just....ahhhh!  Yeah I can't express it any other way....even though she's definitely not in her teens or twenties like other models, she just works the camera!  It must have something to do with the extensive resume in modeling she has...confidence like that has to be practiced.  What I first loved about her was not her blond babe looks or that interesting gap in her teeth....it was the woman's name!  Did you know that 'Tanga' means 'thong' in spanish?  Coolest name EVER!  No wonder she oozes confidence, who wouldn't with such a daring name?!

So what do you think? What's better about her?  That name or her control of the camera? Comment please!  I'd love to hear it!

These girls are sheer perfection in this shot!  The dresses, the jewels....the AMAZING shoes.


I am absolutely in love with this Miu Miu photoshoot...its my new source of inspiration!  And Ann and Kirby have just been added to my favorite models list...

This one I especially like.  Its so raw and yet they look so precious at the same time.  Their clean faces, messy hair, dark shirts and that look in their eyes is of teen angst....I LOVE IT!!!

Summer...COME BACK!!!!!

For some odd reason, I am not enjoying the fall season....all I want is for summer to be back!  I should be hoarding fur coats and enjoying wearing boots all the time, but NOOO...my dreams are filled with thoughts of wearing bootie shorts and laying on a white beach.  

Anyway, seeing these pictures makes my desperation for warm weather stronger!  I WANT Eniko Mihalik's bathing suits and I want to wear them NOW!  I need to wear my jean shorts like Jennifer Pugh as soon as possible!  And I'm dying to pose by the pool with an American flag!  These pictures are my inspiration and my torture....

Random and Inspired

This being the first blog post I decided to start off with one of my main sources of inspiration...Bambi Northwood- Blyth.  Great model, and she's always styled in such interesting ways for the editorials she's in.  Not your typical model, with her dark yet innocent looks, Bambi is a refreshing thing to look at.

The other thing that I'm currently obsessing over is anything and everything denim.  I know that it's fall  and denim shorts and a denim crop top aren't the most comfortable things to wear now, but I love them.  I cannot wait for spring to try out the denim looks in the second and fourth images!
