The Eternal Queen of Fashion: Kate Moss

Kate Moss has not had to die to become a legend.  She is a fashion legend while having been alive only 37 summers.  She completely revolutionized the fashion world in the 90's and continues to do so.  Kate is one of the few models who actually deserves the title 'supermodel' to be applied to her.  Proof of this is her latest editorial in Vogue Japan for May 2011.......

Like the title of the editorial says, Kate is sheer perfection.  (Sorry, I had to retouch her nipples, I don't want any trouble with the people of Blogger)

I can't focus on just one thing in this shot.  Although the elements in this photograph are quite different from each other, they blend together to make a majestic work of art.

This is so fairy-tale like!

You know what its like, when something is so wonderful that there are no words to describe it?  Well that's what I feel this is, I cannot find good enough words to describe this photo.

The contrast of the fancy evening gown and the cheap mattress and dingy room is fascinating.

Speechless once again!

Everytime I see anything that required Kate Moss's participation, I get overly excited.  That's what happened when I saw the title of this editorial in my inbox just a few minutes ago.  Apparently though, I am completely justified in my bursts of excitement...Kate Moss has the capability of blowing anyone away!

Crystal Renn in Her First Vogue Cover!

You do not know how happy I am to see Crystal Renn get the cover of Vogue Mexico.  She is a model that a lot of us can truly relate to.  Her battles with anorexia and bulimia, and her fluctuating weight make me believe that she is just like the rest of us.  She may not be a true plus-size model anymore, but I love her just the same.  Check out her first cover of Vogue for April's issue, where she channels her inner supermodel and a little bit of the 70's as well.

The flow of the fabric reminds me so much of the 70's.

To me the minidress here is a combination of the 60's and 70's

The maxi skirt  has the influences of the seventies and the bold colors is one of the hottest trends this spring season.

The jumper= THE SEVENTIES!

She reminds me of Cindy Crawford and Brooke Shields in their prime.

The bold makeup seems to have more of a 80's influence

This pose is my favorite!

Crystal is a supermodel in the making!

This cover stands out to me because of the use of the color orange.  For some reason it seems to me that fashion magazines shy away from this color.  Haven't you noticed that?  Maybe its just me that notices little things like that.  Crystal looks like a complete supermodel, let's hope that she gets more Vogue covers in the future, the girl deserves it!

Mermaid Rihanna

The covergirl in Vogue US's latest issue is none other than our RiRi, the black Madonna, the one and only Rihanna!  I love that she looks like she is channeling her inner mermaid in a lot of the shots, especially on the front cover.  Check the editorial out...........

Rihanna has such a bangin' body that I think the photoshop artists did not have much to fix in this one!

I wonder which of the two hairstyles in this shoot is her real hair?  Are they both wigs?

RiRi looks so relaxed here.

I love that this one was taken while she was in motion...the lighting is so perfect!

Rihanna looks so earthy and ethereal!

The hair, the dress, it all looks like something Ariel would wear.....

What do you think about this shoot? Personally I don't care what most people say, but I think the red hair looks great on her, it somehow looks good on her skin tone! And props on that amazing body you've got Rihanna!
