I am so feeling the 90's vibes right now.  I think it must have something to do with reading Style Rookie http://www.thestylerookie.com/  over and over again.  So I have Tavi to thank for looking like an episode of My So Called Life all the time.  Speaking of that wonderful show, let's talk Angela and Rayanne.  Killer style....on to visuals!!!
